I used to hold my breath all the time, especially when I was in large groups of people (which for me was like 2 or more people 😂) because…social anxiety
But I intentionally started to take deep breaths often, and throughout my day this past year
And it’s made a big difference in helping me feel better, relax
It also helps us to remember to be present and let go of all the little things (bs) we don’t need to worry about (like what other people think of us, for example)
And in doing this consistently, a thing that I call walking the rainbow happens more consistently, which just means walking through life feeling relaxed, chill, good, full, free
