The amount of time I let my thoughts run wild in self-doubt, predicting not great things would happen, replaying the past, worrying about what-if’s …a lot
In waiting for good things to happen, sometimes we allow the journey to be miserable
But even when it feels hard, or we doubt ourselves along the way, there are always good things that can be extracted from our daily life that we can focus on
This piece is called “Dance When It Rains” and it’s all about finding more ways to feel good on the daily (throughout the entire journey)
