I worked really hard for years to gain the approval of other people, because I never felt good enough
I really just felt ashamed of who I was, feeling like everyone else was better
But in realizing that I’m innately worthy, always enough and perfect the way I am, and nothing can ever change that, I feel so much freedom
To be myself, to enjoy who I am, to feel comfortable in my own skin, and to relax more around other people
I’m still learning about self love and acceptance, but I’ve come so far and feel so much better ✨🤍
Knowing our value, our importance, our power and our worth will always lead to living the life we want
